You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverages. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult's signature at the time of delivery. Of course, orders for non-alcoholic items (glassware, wine storage accessories, etc.) are not restricted to certain states and can be shipped throughout the United States. Distilled spirits can only be shipped to California, Colorado, Iowa, Idaho, Missouri, New York, North Dakota, Nebraska, Wisconsin and New Mexico.

SAKAYAUSA will arrange for shipment on behalf of our customer, to an address specified by our customer, provided that SAKAYAUSA in its sole judgment believes that such shipment will not subject SAKAYAUSA to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a customer lives in a state where the direct shipment of sakes and/or wines by SAKAYAUSA violates the law, we suggest that the customer provide an alternative address in another state or have their wine shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state.

UPS, DHL, and Federal Express shipments are restricted to California and states reciprocal with California.
